XCTest Feature request: Open/close and rotate iPhone Duo devices

Currently, we do not have a way to open, close and rotate iPhone Duo devices via XCUITest test automation. Please provide a way to perform these operations via XCTest.

XCUIDevice.shared.orientation has no effect on an iPhone Duo iOS 27.1 simulator. We could open, close and rotate an iPhone Duo simulator manually via the Device Hub at the moment.
