Its absolutely insane to me that an entire department stopped working or being usefule to anyone for an entire month now. No one is doing their job it seems as if apple gave them a vacation and forgot to tell developers no one will do there job for the foreseeable future. A heads that i paid for a service that doesnt exist would have been appreciated. Your own business support team even told me to break your guidelines and maybe someone would care to notice.
