Individual-to-organization migration pending since August 31: membership benefits disabled

Hello,

I started migrating my Apple Developer Program membership from an individual to 1553050 B.C. LTD on August 31 and received an enrollment acknowledgement on September 2.

As of October 22, the account still shows the migration as processing, with membership benefits temporarily disabled. This is affecting our app, Clarify. I followed up with Apple Developer Support on October 21.

Could someone advise on the appropriate next step to resolve this delay and confirm whether app updates can be submitted while the migration is pending? If submissions are blocked, is there a supported way to restore submission access during processing?

Since the transfer is still processing and your membership benefits are disabled, I’d ask Developer Support to confirm whether that is what’s blocking submissions for your team. I’d reply to the existing case with your Team ID, the transfer acknowledgement date, and the app’s Apple ID, then ask if they still need anything from you and whether updates can be submitted during the transfer. I wouldn’t create another developer account or try to move the app as a workaround because it could make the ownership and access situation harder to untangle. Only Apple Support can confirm the case status or give you a timeline.
