App stuck in "Waiting for Review" since October 10 after a Guideline 2.1 reply

Hello,

My first app, Gozali Apple ID 6816945365, version 1.0, has been in "Waiting for Review" since October 10.

Timeline:

  • App Review asked for more information under Guideline 2.1 (Information Needed - New App Submission).
  • On October 10 I replied in App Store Connect with a screen recording and answers to all six questions, added the same information to the App Review notes, and resubmitted with build 4.
  • On October 15 I accepted the updated Program License Agreement.
  • On October 18 I contacted Developer Support about the review status (Case ID: 103000393051) and haven't heard back yet.

Is there anything else I need to do on my side? I'd be grateful if someone from App Review could take a look.

Thank you,
Ariel

Since you replied and resubmitted on October 10, the app is back in the review queue from that submission date. Accepting the agreement on October 15 was still important, but it doesn’t itself move a submission out of Waiting for Review.

I’d check that build 4 is still the selected build and that there are no new Resolution Center messages or agreement banners in App Store Connect. If everything is clear, follow up in the existing support case with the October 10 resubmission date and submission ID, rather than creating another submission just to change the queue date.
