Organization enrollment pending since September 28, 2026, no request or update received

Hello,

We submitted an Apple Developer Program organization enrollment for our company in Brazil on September 28, 2026. Our company has a D-U-N-S Number, and the enrollment was accepted without errors. More than three weeks later, the developer account still shows the enrollment as pending, and we have not received any email asking for documents, a verification call or payment.

Since this is an organization enrollment, I would follow up with Apple Developer Support and include the Enrollment ID and the exact legal entity name and D-U-N-S details. Check that the legal name and address in the enrollment match the D&B record, and check the account holder's inbox and spam folder for any verification request. Don't post company documents or personal contact details publicly; offer them only through Apple's secure support channel. After three weeks, Support is the only team that can see whether the enrollment is waiting on a verification step or stuck internally.
