Hello Apple Developer Community,
I'm trying to enroll Swiftier Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian fintech company, in the Apple Developer Program as an organization.
However, Apple withdrew our enrollment because our registered legal name contains "Swift," which Apple considers a trademark conflict.
Apple Developer Support suggested changing our company name or enrolling as an individual. Neither option is viable, as we require an organization account for our regulated financial-services business.
Has anyone experienced a similar trademark-related enrollment rejection and successfully resolved it without changing their company's legal name?
Is there a process for requesting manual review or escalation?
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.
