Room plan measurements off

Ever since the release of 26.4 the room plan measurements are off. Multiple post have talked about this to no resolve. there is a hurricane getting ready to hit the gulf coast and the entire insurance industry uses some form of room plan. I have screen shots to show the comparison and differences using scan of room plan then the measurement tool.

the actual measurement for this room is 12’1 x 11’9. how it relates to upload the 11’9 as seen in floor plan is supposed to be 12’1 the 11’3 is suppose to be 11’9

Thanks for reaching out. Looking at your screenshot, this behavior appears within a custom app - could you clarify if the app uses Apple’s RoomPlan framework directly, or a different ARKit/LiDAR capture pipeline?

If you continue to see inaccurate scans on iOS 27, please submit a report through Feedback Assistant. When filing, please be sure to attach a sysdiagnose taken shortly after capturing the scan, a screen recording showing the physical environment and the resulting scan, and ideally a minimal sample project or code snippet reproducing the issue.
