I am also waiting 3 days now for the review. No message helped. This is frustrating. I think Apple wants to avoid macOS reviews. But we have still clients with Intel Macs who can’t use the iPad App on Mac. Frustrating..

I have now the same problem. Can not install the app from TestFlight and even could not open the app.
