Hello, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, but my enrollment is blocked due to an “ID Verification Rejected” status in the Apple Developer app. I contacted Apple Developer Support and received instructions requesting a screen recording and identity verification documents. However, I was told that a separate email containing a secure upload link would be sent to me. Unfortunately, I never received that email. I have followed up with Apple Developer Support several times regarding my existing case, but I have not received a response. I also cannot create a new support request because the system indicates that I already have an active request. Could someone from Apple Developer Support please advise how I can proceed or help me get the secure document upload link resent? Thank you.
