Happy to report that we just got someone to look at the app, 8 days later, and we're approved after multiple rounds of review. Hope others here have the same success

Yeah same here, Sep 30 was our last rejection, during which the reviewer didn't use the test account credentials we provided and rejected us. Have been waiting ever since, even tried the Expedited queue, still zero movement. Wishing everyone luck!
