Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual and paid the USD 99 membership on October 23, 2026. The payment was charged, but my account still shows "Pending" along with the banner asking me to purchase the membership. I opened support case 103011759722 on October 28 and added the purchase details and an explanation today (November 3), but I haven't received a reply yet. Phone support is currently unavailable. Could someone from Apple Developer Support please take a look at my case? I'm ready to verify my identity if needed. Thank you.
