Our iOS app TAC FC: Football Manager (Apple ID 6817989550) has been trying to get through App Review since 10 October. 24 days. It has never been approved.
The current iOS submission (1.0.5, build 14) has been in "Waiting for Review" since 29 October and has never entered review. Four expedite requests were "accepted" (21 Oct, 24 Oct, 25 Oct, 1 Nov). None of them changed anything.
Meanwhile the macOS version of the SAME app, same account, same content, was reviewed and approved three times in the same weeks (1.0.3, 1.0.4, 1.0.5), each within a day or two.
And every time we ask Developer Support about iOS, they answer with the macOS status. Four times, on four different cases. Today a senior advisor told us the app is "In Review". It is not: the macOS version is already approved, and the iOS one has never started. We give the exact iOS version, build and submission ID in every message. Nobody reads it. We get the same template back every time.
This is Apple, one of the biggest companies in the world, and for three weeks its support cannot tell iOS from macOS for one single app. We pay for the Developer Program, we answer every question within the hour, and our players are still waiting for the iPhone version.
Is anyone else seeing iOS submissions stuck in Waiting for Review for weeks while the macOS version of the same app goes through? And App Review: please pick up the iOS submission, or tell us exactly what is missing.
