Following up, still no update. The revised build was submitted on September 17 and has now been in "Waiting for Review" for 11 days, never moving to "In Review." When our expedited review was approved on September 11, the confirmation stated that a resubmission would automatically return to the expedited queue. That does not appear to have happened. We also contacted App Review Support by email two days ago with no response.
