Reply to Waiting for Review Megathread
First app, almost 6 months of work. It has some paid features and is already available on Google Play, but I can't even start promoting it until the iPhone version is available too. Here's my App Store review journey so far: October 5: First submission. October 6: Rejected. Apple asks for an iOS screen recording and some clarification about the app's features. October 8: I send everything they asked for. And that's when the endless "Waiting for Review" loop begins. October 24: After more than two weeks of waiting, I make a couple of changes and submit a new build. October 24: Finally, something happens! The new submission gets rejected because the EULA link is missing from the App Store description. October 24: I immediately fix the description, add the EULA link, and resubmit. And... back to "Waiting for Review." In the meantime, I've contacted Apple Support and actually received a reply. Basically, they told me my app would eventually be reviewed and I just needed to wait my turn. Today is November 3. Almost a month since my first submission, and still no sign of an actual review. After reading through all your stories in this thread, I can't say I'm feeling any more optimistic than before. Has anyone actually found something that helps, or is waiting really the only option?
