The Developer Support case got only the automatic acknowledgement. Nothing was changed on our side. It simply moved through the queue. For anyone still waiting: it seems to be a backlog across Apple, not a problem with individual submissions. Check that your agreements, tax and banking are active, answer any App Review messages fully, and give it time. Good luck to everyone still in the queue.
