Reply to Waiting for Review Megathread
Following up on my post: Got approved Nov 3, so 18 days from my resubmit on Oct 16 So my timeline was: Oct 15: Submitted v1.0 Oct 16: flagged by automated review for 3.1.2 (missing EULA link), fixed in metadata and resubmitted the same morning. Oct 29: Sent email (not expedited review) asking for an update, never got a response Nov 3: approved v1.0. I've now submitted v1.0.1 that I was working on while waiting on review. My advice would be to not pull your existing submission because you lose your spot in line. And try to understand that you are one of tens of thousands of dollars cranking out apps for the App Store right now. Apple has the right to take their time making sure good apps are going in.

Adding a data point: new iOS app with a first subscription group (four auto-renewables). Oct 15: Submitted v1.0 Oct 16: flagged by automated review for 3.1.2 (missing EULA link), fixed in metadata and resubmitted the same morning. Since then: "Waiting for Review" since Oct 16, now 13 days, with no Resolution Center messages or emails. I understand the App Review team is likely overwhelmed with submissions, so trying to be patient and continuing to work on enhancements for a future version.
