Update, November 6: this submission has now been In Review for 32 days, since October 5. There has still been no contact in App Store Connect and no reply to the status request from October 15 or the expedited review request from October 23 (case 102997922306). Our server logs show no sign-in on the demo account in that time, so it does not look like testing has started. Could someone from App Review confirm whether this submission is still active, or whether I should remove it and resubmit?
