Same issue on our team since at least mid-October 2026. Team ID: 9C3724WMXV (Individual) App IDs: com.retrograde.retrograde (existing) and com.bonapplab.siwatest (new). Every App ID on the team is affected, in development and TestFlight builds, on several devices and Apple Accounts. iOS 27.0.1 (24A446). Face ID succeeds, then “Sign Up Not Completed”, and the app gets ASAuthorizationError 1001. The akd log matches this thread: AKSQLError -6003 (“No applications were found with the provided Client ID”), then SRP “M2 missing (bad password)” with AKAuthenticationServerError -24000, then AKAuthenticationError -7003.
