Reply to pp completely frozen "In Review" for 9 Days (38-Day Total Nightmare
@omersanli17 @Etresoft Etresoft Thank you both for the context. It is incredibly frustrating to hear that this widespread delay has been paralyzing developers for months without any official communication from Apple. If there are backend integrations causing this, they should not leave us completely in the dark while our business timelines are destroyed.

Reply to Review - No way to have quick answer, our game will be release in 3 days, it'disaster
Hi Pierre, I completely feel your pain. The review system seems broken right now. While you are getting slow replies, I am getting absolute silence. My app has been completely frozen "In Review" for 9 straight days with zero communication, no testers reaching out, and no rejections. Combined with earlier system glitches, I am on Day 38 of this nightmare. Support only sends automated templates. I am dropping my details here too, hoping an Apple Engineer finally looks into these severe backend delays destroying our timelines. Reply to Expedited Review granted – App still “Waiting for Review” after 6 days
Hi, you are not alone. My approved Expedited Review was also ignored. My app was stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 12 days, and now it has been completely frozen "In Review" for 9 days straight. Support only sends automated templates. Including an enrollment glitch, I am on Day 38 of waiting. Adding my details here in hopes an Apple Engineer manually clears this backend queue issue for both of us. | Team ID: 8A9595UHD7 Case IDs: 102987332129, 102986862146

Reply to App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 12 days while other updates from the same account are approved normally
I am experiencing the exact same severe issue. It seems there is a backend bug completely freezing specific submissions in the "Waiting for Review" queue, and the expedited system is entirely broken right now. My first app has been completely frozen in "Waiting for Review" for 11 days. Overall, I am on Day 28 of non-stop system delays because it previously took an inexplicable 17 days just for my Apple Developer enrollment to clear. Just like your situation, I was officially granted an "Expedited Review" by Apple support. The agents explicitly confirmed it was active, but it had absolutely zero effect. The status refuses to move, and standard support only replies with automated templates. Since your other apps went through fine, but this specific one is stuck even with an expedited request, it heavily points to a silent queue lock or backend glitch affecting certain binaries. You are definitely not alone in this nightmare. We desperately need an Apple Engineer to investigate why these submissions are permanently stuck. Reply to Waiting for review is taking too much time !!!
Hi @msaied, you hit the nail on the head regarding how this affects actual business commitments. The lack of transparency right now is unacceptable. If 5 days feels long, I am currently on Day 27 of this entire nightmare. It took 17 days just for my account enrollment to clear, and now my app has been completely frozen in "Waiting for Review" for 10 days. The worst part? I actually requested an "Expedited Review" and it was OFFICIALLY APPROVED by Apple. Yet, the status hasn't moved an inch, and support only replies with identical automated templates. The expedited system seems completely broken. There is clearly a severe, silent backend backlog happening right now. We need actual human engineers to step in and fix this, not bots. Reply to 27-Day Nightmare: Expedited Review Fails to Trigger. Is My Account Bugged? Need Human Support.
September 12th? That is a very long wait. Is your developer account brand new as well, and did you try requesting an expedited review? It really feels like there is a silent backlog or system issue that isn't being communicated clearly. Let's keep each other updated here if anything changes.
