Still in 27.2 release

Same MDM APNs problem seen with 27.2 beta 2

I'm now having issues trying to upgrade from 26.6.2 to 26.7 in a VM running on a macOS 27 host so I've raised FB24906139 for that as it is also blocking our QA CI pipelines from running the latest macOS releases on VMS.

Still seen in the release which was expected since they have the same build number. Shall I try the 27.2 beta 2 or am I wasting my time? Virtualization support could do with some polish as building macOS 27 on 26.6 was broken for quite a while during the early cycle of macOS 27 betas, so it took a while to get to the point where this issue was found.

Added the host and VM sysdiagnose debug to FB24608345. Was hoping to try the next beta, but that didn't appear on Monday so used 26A5425a. Would be great if this can be fixed before GA.
