Upd: the wait after my 2.1(b) answer ended up being 2 weeks. On Oct 27 I got a rejection under Guideline 3.1.1. I fixed it and resubmitted on Oct 28, and it's now been a week back in Waiting for Review. I'm keeping this thread as a diary of updates, so other devs can get a rough idea of the timelines while publishing very first app in App Store

Upd: on Oct 13 (after the above was posted) my expedited review was picked up, and I received a Guideline 2.1(b) "Information Needed" request. I answered the same day. Since then, 8 days with no response and no status change, even though it's in Expedited Queue now :( The submission is waiting on App Review, not on me. Lets see how long it takes to finally publish first app on app store

Same situation here. App ID 6818449706: received Guideline 2.1 – Information Needed on Oct 3, replied with everything requested the same day and resubmitted. It has been in "Waiting for Review" for 10 days since then. Contacted App Review on Oct 6 and requested an expedited review — no response to either. I haven't withdrawn the submission.
