So if I query for active energy burned for time intervals i know were steps, can I say Ill get energy burned for those steps? That is, while it calculates separately is it directly linked to activity detected at the same time? Other reason for confusion is on older iPhones like my old iPhone 6, it used to take time to compute actual steps taken as opposed to the motion coprocessor giving immediate counts. so I just want to be sure that I give the data as advertised by my app and not arbitrarily.
