Reply to 15 Days Waiting for App Review – Apple, This Is Unacceptable for Paying Developers
My app was finally reviewed 15 days after submission but was rejected because "The app supports account creation but does not include an option to initiate account deletion." But it does provide a way to delete your account, and it's not exactly buried anywhere obscure in the app, but the reviewer obviously missed it. How frustrating I have to resubmit it now with a screen recording showing how to delete the account. Wonder how long it will take this time...

I'm having the same issue here. Submitted my first app for review after spending a long time ensuring every small detail that's required has been done correctly. That was on 4th October. I asked for an expedited review on 13th October which was accepted but as of writing the app is still "Awaiting review". The exact same app on Google play was reviewed and granted production access in 5 days, which is still a bit slow but acceptable. Google charge a one time fee of $25, whereas Apple charge $99 per year for a worse experience. I've got a lot of marketing planned but I've been holding off until the iOS app is available so I can say it's available on iOS and Android, rather than 'coming soon to iOS'! Not impressed.
