"In review", or "Waiting for review"? Big difference between the two. If it's been in review for nearly 3 weeks, something might be wrong...

A friend of mine who used to work in this field and had a good amount of contacts at Apple had a suggestion: since they're not answering support emails and have disabled phones, turn to Apple Support - NOT App Developer - and make daily phone calls, as many as you feel like. They almost certainly won't be able to help but he said the goal is to make waves and start becoming a burden (respectfully always). Think I'll make a phone call right now as a matter of fact...
