It's finally approved and live now, thanks!

Update (28 October): Our submission was reviewed on 20 October, and the only issue raised was a small screenshot detail under Guideline 2.3.10. A drawn status bar in a few of our screenshots looked non-iOS. We removed it and resubmitted within an hour, in the same submission, which stays in the expedited queue. That fix has now been in “Waiting for Review” for 8 days, and it’s been 29 days since our first submission on 29 September. The app binary hasn’t needed a single change since then. Could someone from App Review please take a look and help us go live quickly?

Update - Still “Waiting for Review”, 11 days after resubmitting and 20 days after our first submission on 29 September. Can the Apple team please help? We expect better accountability from you guys; please assist!
