Hello Apple App Review Team, We are seeking assistance regarding a Pending Termination Notice under Section 3.2(f) for our company, NSI STUDIO LLC. The notice refers to concept/feature switching, hidden functionality, or attempts to evade App Review. We take this extremely seriously, but we have never engaged in these practices and are struggling to identify what activity triggered the notice. One important detail is the ownership history of our published app, Mory (formerly Nerakti, Apple ID 6749674134) We acquired the app and it was officially transferred to NSI STUDIO LLC through Apple’s App Transfer process on August 21, 2025. Since taking ownership, we have never shown App Review a different experience from users, activated hidden functionality after approval, or changed the app’s concept after review. Mory is an established platform serving 100,000+ users, with phone verification, selfie verification, and other trust and safety systems. Our team is fully prepared to provide source code, backend/configuration information, version history, transfer documentation, or any other evidence Apple requires. We are concerned that historical activity associated with the app before its transfer may have contributed to this determination. We have submitted a formal appeal to the App Review Board.
