Hi everyone,
I was hired by a client to develop a video streaming app. During the first and second submissions, we received several App Store Review Guideline violations. I addressed all of them except for Guideline 5.2.3 – Legal, which concerns the use of third-party content.
The app streams videos produced by my client. I reached out to them about it via the app reply in the submission review section and through email but never got a response back.
So I got my client to make a license document. I then submitted the document with the app for review.
However, it has now been 9 days, and the submission is still showing as Waiting for Review.
I'm not sure what to do at this point; it's my second iOS app development job, and I'm feeling very frustrated. I have wasted a month combining the review times and waiting for them to reply. I couldn't meet the deadlines from my client due to this as well.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
