Hi everyone, I submitted my app, Custovia, for review on October 9, 2026, and it has remained in “In Review” since then. It's now been almost two weeks, with no approval, rejection, or request for additional information. I also sent a follow-up email 7 days ago but haven't received a response. This is holding up my app's release, and I'm not sure whether the submission is still being actively reviewed or if something has gone wrong. Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently, particularly with an app stuck in the actual “In Review” status rather than “Waiting for Review”? If so, how long did it take to get a response? I'd also appreciate any advice on the best way to get a status update from Apple. Thanks.
