I'd like to report an in-app login popup loop on an iPad mini and a workaround that succeeded in two apps. In both MLB (MLB.TV) and DLsite Library, the login popup closed after about one second, reopened, and kept repeating, preventing me from signing in. After switching the active keyboard from Japanese to English (US), I tried signing in again and successfully logged in to BOTH apps. Steps: If needed, add English (US) under Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard. Bring up the keyboard and use the globe button to switch to English (US). Try signing in again in the affected app. No app reinstall or device reset was needed to apply this workaround. The technical cause is unconfirmed. This is a user observation that login succeeded in both apps after switching keyboards; it does not establish that the Japanese keyboard is the cause. I also cannot confirm whether this has the same underlying cause as the crash reported in this thread. I hope this helps others experiencing similar symptoms.
