Reply to CarPlay CPListImageRowItem causes Inverted Scrolling and Side Button malfunction
Hi, Following up on this thread, as we are hitting the same issue (FB22097223) in our CarPlay audio app. Our setup: iOS 26.x, CPListTemplate inside a CPTabBarTemplate Sections rendered with CPListImageRowItem using CPListImageRowItemImageGridElement, CPListImageRowItemCondensedElement and CPListImageRowItemRowElement Element images are loaded asynchronously and set in place (element.image = …) once downloaded What we observe: With allowsMultipleLines: true, the up/down scroll buttons of the car don't scroll the list properly. Splitting the elements into several CPListImageRowItem of 6 elements each, as suggested above, did not fix it in our case. The only reliable workaround so far is allowsMultipleLines: false, which means we lose the multi-line grid layout introduced in iOS 26. Questions: Is a fix for FB22097223 planned, and if so, in which iOS release (26.x point release or iOS 27)? In the meantime, is there any other recommended mitigation, for example regarding asynchronous image updates on row elements, which were also mentioned as triggering auto-scroll? We can provide a sample project or a sysdiagnose if that helps. Thanks!
