3 days later and my app still does not show in the App Store
My app was accepted and approved on Tuesday 15th. It is now the 18th, and it still does not show up on the App Store. Distribution method was set to public/listed, so everyone can access/view it/download/sign up/sign in. I doubt propagation should take this long, if it does, then there is something not right in the App Store. Using the direct link works, but that is not how i want customers to find the app. I had to unpublish my previously private app because it is not possible to revert unlisted to listed, and had to create an entirely new submission which took a while to get reviewed. So now i'm at this stage of my new app still not showing up.

Stuck with Unlisted Distribution After App Review Approval
A few months back, when we submitted our app for review, we informed them in the notes that we wish to distribute publicly. However at the time the public could not create an account, only login to accounts created by admins. We said what our plans were, but they were having none of it. They said the only way for the app to be approved is to have unlisted distribution. Due to time constraints, we had no other viable option than to go ahead with their recommendations. Now we have updated the app to support account creation from the public. However, there is no option for changing an unlisted to listed distribution. We summited a new build, added in the notes for it to be changed from unlisted to listed, but the reviewer did not acknowledge or read the notes!!! I have emailed customer services who take a really long time to reply. Now I'm at a cross roads. I do not wish to upload and create a new app to the store, when we have a working one that is already approved. It is not my fault that Apple reviewer did not read the notes. In the UK there is no phone number for their team. I would happily pay for support like you do for the Apple store.
