HAHAHA welcome to apple! i swear about a month or two ago i was able to get a phone call no problem (might have to sit on hold for 2-1/2 hours but still got a call). i just had to wait 2 weeks for an app to sit "in review" only for me to submit a request for expedited review and DAYS later it was rejected for reasons being they wanted me to basically submit the app review to them... taken by me... like literal screenrecordings...? Google play is much better to work with. I have no clue why apple just made this change but it is infuriating to use especially as we have to pay them annually to even be able to publish anything vs google is a one time dev account fee and much faster review times. I have learned to not depend on apple getting anything done in a timely manner anymore. truly a horrible experience now
