First app: 3 rejections, each fixed the same day, 5 weeks waiting. Why not list every issue at once?
Hello App Review team, I want to share honest feedback as a first-time developer, because this process has been really discouraging. Our app, Flora - Gut Health AI Tracker (Apple ID 6790545787), was first submitted on September 22. Since then: Oct 2: first review, one issue (3.1.1). Fixed and resubmitted the same day. Oct 8: second review, two new issues (5.1.1(iv) and 1.4.1) that weren't mentioned in the first review. Fixed and resubmitted the same day. Oct 20: third review, rejected because the App Store description, not the app itself, was missing a medical disclaimer. I added one sentence within minutes and replied. App Review answered within six minutes asking me to resubmit, and I did right away. Oct 20 to today: Waiting for Review again, six days and counting. Every issue has been fixed and resubmitted the same day, the last one within 20 minutes, yet we've now spent more than a month waiting. Even with expedited review confirmed each time, we've waited 6 to 12 days between reviews. What's hardest to understand is why every issue wasn't listed in the first review. If the description disclaimer had been mentioned on October 2, it would have been fixed in seconds and we would likely have been approved weeks ago. Instead, each round surfaces something new, and each fix sends us back to wait. We've also tried every support channel. Our support case (103000082805) hasn't had a reply, and phone support has shown "temporarily unavailable due to high call volumes" every time we've checked. I understand review volume is very high right now. I'm not asking for special treatment, just for someone to take another look, since the only change since the October 20 review is one sentence in the description of a build that was already fully reviewed. Submission ID: 81ec10db-ca4b-48b9-b72b-de477e643e5e Thank you, Chris
