Reply to Two iOS Apps Stuck Waiting for Review – Multiple Expedited Requests and Support Cases – Can Anyone Help
App Review – Timeline of Delays and Support Escalations 27 October 2026 – 7:06 PM App 1 submitted and entered Waiting for Review. 28 October 2026 – 10:26 PM App 2 entered Waiting for Review. 30 October 2026 First formal Apple Developer Support case opened. Case reference: 103014131593. Contacted Apple regarding both applications remaining in the review queue without progress. 1 November 2026 Further attempts made to obtain updates and request expedited reviews. 2 November 2026 Two further email contacts with Apple Developer Support recorded against case 103014131593. Still no meaningful explanation or confirmed review date. 3 November 2026 Telephone conversation with Apple Developer Support lasting approximately 45 minutes. Additional support case: 103017901239 (Distribution/TestFlight). No resolution or confirmed review date. 4 November 2026 Another telephone conversation with Apple Developer Support lasting approximately 30 minutes. Further App Review support case: 30000004885000. Escalation requested again. Still no confirmation that either application has entered active review. Current Position – 4 November 2026 App 1. Waiting for Review for approximately 8 days. App 2. Waiting for Review for approximately 7 days. Despite multiple expedited review requests, three recorded support cases, repeated email enquiries and two telephone conversations totalling approximately 75 minutes, neither application has progressed. We have received no clear explanation of the delays, no confirmed review date and no meaningful resolution. Both applications are essential to launching the business, and this prolonged uncertainty is causing significant disruption to our business. We are simply asking Apple to review the applications or explain what is preventing the reviews from proceeding. these are my current delays haha

Thanks very much for replying. I appreciate the information, although that's incredibly disappointing to hear. What's particularly frustrating is that I've now had two separate telephone conversations with Apple Developer Support, lasting approximately 45 minutes and 30 minutes, alongside numerous emails and expedited review requests. Despite all of this, nobody has been able to provide a meaningful explanation, confirm whether there's an issue with either submission, or offer any indication of when the reviews might actually take place. For a small business trying to launch, having both essential applications stuck simultaneously is causing significant disruption. Have you seen any indication of what's actually causing these delays, or whether Apple has acknowledged a wider backlog? Thanks again for taking the time to respond.
