Same here. It has been about six weeks since my first submission and the app is still not through. There is also no way to reach the review team while a submission is In Review - the reply option on the thread is disabled, and the Contact Us form has no option that fits "stuck in review". One thing worth checking if you haven't: in Business, open your legal entity and look for pending actions. If agreements show "Pending (New Legal Entity)", which happens after an account type change, submissions can sit without any message explaining why. Nothing in App Store Connect flags it as blocking.

Update: still In Review, now 8 days since submission with no change and no messages from the review team.
