App and subscription still waiting for review after resubmission on 1 November

Hello,

I resubmitted my app, PlayJar, version 1.0.10, together with its “No Ads Monthly” subscription on 1 November. As of 8 November, both still show “Waiting for Review” in App Store Connect.

We had hoped to launch the app before Diwali, but it is still waiting for review.

I’ve also requested an expedited review and contacted Apple for help, but the review status remains unchanged.

Is anyone else experiencing a similar delay? Is there anything else I should check, or another way to follow up without withdrawing the submission?

I’ve attached screenshots showing the review statuses and submission date.
