ITMS-90035: designated requirement uses NFD form of "İ" in team name; team name change pending

My first app cannot be uploaded: every IPA is rejected with
ITMS-90035 "Invalid Signature".

Setup: individual account, Team ID V7F74UFRBN, Xcode 27.0,
macOS 26.6.2, Cloud Managed Apple Distribution certificate.

My team name contains the Turkish letter "İ" (TELLİ). The certificate
common name stores it as NFC (C4 B0), but the designated requirement
written at signing time stores it as NFD (49 CC 87):

certificate leaf[subject.CN] = 0x...54454c4c49cc87...

so "codesign --verify --deep --strict" reports "does not satisfy its
designated Requirement" for the app and every embedded framework.
This looks like FB24633162 / thread 843700.

I asked Developer Support to change my team name to the ASCII form
"Mehmet Kaan TELLI" (case 103017162953) but have had no reply after
several days, and the phone option shows as unavailable.

Questions:

  1. Can DTS help escalate the team name change?
  2. Until then, is there a supported way to sign so the upload passes?

DTS handles code-level and technical engineering issues and doesn't have direct access to modify Apple Developer Program account records or legal/display names.

However, you have a bug is that one yours? FB24633162 Or do you have a Developer Support case number (103017162953)? I would suggest if that’s your case number to reply to the email and provide the information. If you have an FB number or the FB24633162 is yours I can route it to the developer support however that team works communicating with the developer in a more secure way and if you already contact them and have a case with them, they’ll be happy to assist you.

Make sure on your email to them include the error (ITMS-90035) caused by Unicode normalization (NFC vs. NFD) of İ (U+0130) and your request an ASCII transliteration (İ → I, i.e., Mehmet Kaan TELLI)? for certificate generation compatibility.

Thank you, Albert. FB24633162 is not mine. I have now filed my own
report: FB25471887. My Developer Support case is 103017162953, and I
have replied to the case email with the details you suggested.
I would really appreciate it if you could route FB25471887 to
Developer Support. My first app is blocked until the team name is
changed.
