Our first iOS app, facadetool (Apple ID 6826864370), version 1.0, was submitted on 30 October 2026 and has been Waiting for Review since then. An expedited review was granted on 3 November, but nothing has changed since.
Everything on our side is complete: Paid and Free Apps agreements, banking, tax forms and the Digital Services Act information are all active, and there are no messages in the Resolution Center. The same app has been live on Google Play since 2 November, and the web version at facadetool.com has 38,000 users who are asking for the iPhone app.
I have contacted Developer Support (cases 103016838223, 30000004609175, 30000006411396) and App Review (case 30000006941950). Phone support is currently unavailable due to high call volumes.
Could someone from App Review please check whether anything is holding this submission, or whether we need to do anything on our side? Thank you.
