Hello Apple Developer Community and App Review Team,
I’m seeking assistance regarding an unusual review delay for my iOS application, DoseDue (Version 1.0.1, Build 7).
The application was submitted for review on October 30, 2026, and has remained in “Waiting for Review” status without any visible progress.
To resolve this situation, I have already taken the following steps:
Step 1: Submitted two expedited review requests, with approval confirmed for at least one of them.
Step 2: Contacted Apple Developer Support regarding the delay (Case #103015637385).
Step 3: Submitted an additional escalation through the official App Review Status contact form on November 3, 2026 (Case #103017881214).
Step 4: Sent follow-up emails requesting confirmation that the approved expedited review priority had been applied.
Despite these efforts, I have only received automated acknowledgements for the support cases, without any substantive update regarding the application’s review status.
Our originally planned launch date is November 6, 2026, and the ongoing delay is affecting our release planning.
I would appreciate clarification on the following:
Question 1: Can an application remain in “Waiting for Review” even after an expedited review request has been approved?
Question 2: Is there a way to verify that expedited review priority has actually been applied to the submission?
Question 3: Could someone from the App Review team investigate whether the submission is experiencing an unusual delay or requires any action from the developer?
