What we've done:
- Answered App Review's earlier information request and fixed everything from our Oct 1 rejection
- Reviewed the app against the full App Review Guidelines and fixed what we found
- Provided a demo account and detailed review notes
- Agreements, tax and banking are all active, with no unread messages in App Review
- Requested an expedited review and opened a support ticket, with no reply yet
