App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 25 days, support only says "progressing normally"

Honestly I don't even know what to write anymore.

I submitted my app on Oct 3 and it just sat there on "Waiting for Review". Nobody looked at it. I contacted support on Oct 11 and Oct 14 and only got automatic replies. On Oct 19 I submitted a new version with my subscriptions because I thought maybe that would fix something. Still waiting. 9 days now.

Support finally wrote back on Oct 21 and said everything is "progressing normally" and no action is needed. What does that even mean? Normal is not 3 weeks. I sent another escalation on Oct 24 and got nothing.

I'm not angry because I got rejected. If it was a rejection I could fix it. I'm angry because I don't know anything. No message, no reason, no date. I open App Store Connect every day and it's the same yellow dot. It's really tiring.

I don't want to cancel and resubmit again, because I read that support tells people it restarts the wait.

I can see a lot of other people here with the same problem, so at least I know it's not only me, but that doesn't make it feel better.

Did anyone here finally get their review started? How long did you wait? And did anything really help, or do we all just sit and wait?

Good Luck! Im waiting september for over three weeks for only one build. Now waiting since 15 october, no answer from apple after several support tickets.
