about it. because they think one thing and its another , and they taking extremely too long too respond back to things. i need to talk to the higher ups please about getting my app on the app store

I'm afraid you've hit a brick wall!
We have also been waiting for review since Oct 12. Multple support cases and escalations to no effect. When Phone support is on, twice we waited for more than an hour to speak with someone who could only send a message to the team; they said it's "a waiting game now". We get no visibility into their queue, no updates; really nothing.
Apple support is totally ineffective and well, we're angry, but can't do anything about it. I've also contacted friends within Apple and even they can't see what's happening and are not allow to give out names (even if they could find them).
