Hello everyone,
Our app, Floorwide (App ID: 6818054944), was initially submitted on October 1st.
After requests for additional information, we immediately addressed every issue, responding and making corrections within an hour.
Our latest submission was on October 16th, after implementing all changes that Review Team requested and even adding extra additional details after again carefully reviewing Apple's guidelines.
It has now been 10 days since our latest submission, and our app remains stuck in "Waiting for Review." 😔
As an independent young founder launching a new business, these delays are extremely difficult on a personal level as well as business, especially when someone makes a brave decision to leave their job to focuss on their business. Every week matters....
I totally understand that Apple handles thousands of submissions and it takes time to review everything, but I sincerely hope someone from the App Review team can look into our situation.🙏🏻
I'm considering withdrawing the submission and re-uploading a new build, but I'm concerned about losing whatever position we may already have in the review queue.
Is this delay common? Has anyone successfully resolved a similar situation by submitting a new build, or is it better to keep waiting?
I would truly appreciate any advice or experiences.
