App Store submission stuck in “Waiting for Review” for 10 days - expedited request pending

Hi everyone,

My iOS app LabSense has been in "Waiting for Review" since October 13, 2026 and hasn't moved to "In Review." for 10 days.

App details:

  • App name: LabSense
  • Apple ID: 6789669954
  • Platform: iOS
  • Version: 2.0.0 (a complete rework of the app)
  • Submitted for review: October 13, 2026
  • Support case number: 102998232103

Timeline:

  • October 13: Submitted version 2.0.0 for review.
  • October 16: Opened a support case about the delay. No response yet.
  • October 21: Requested an expedited review. Apple confirmed: "We'll expedite review for LabSense."

There are no messages, rejections, or "Information Needed" items in App Store Connect, so I don't see anything pending on my side.

This is time-sensitive: our marketing campaign launches on October 26, 2026, and it's built around this release.

Could someone from App Review check whether the submission is just queued or whether something is blocking it?

Thank you!

The confirmation that Apple will expedite the review is a good sign, but it doesn't give a guaranteed start or completion time. Since the submission is already in the expedited queue, I would leave it there and avoid cancelling or replacing it just to try to reset the wait. Keep checking App Store Connect and the Resolution Center in case the reviewer needs anything.

You already have a support case, so follow up on that one with the expedite confirmation and the Oct 26 campaign date if there is still no movement. Apple describes expedited review here: https://developer.apple.com/help/app-review/after-submitting-for-review/request-expedited-review/

If the campaign date is fixed, it may be worth having a backup plan in case review finishes after launch day.
