How can I disable sharing age range with an app

I am still in development phase of an app, I integrated AgeRangeAPI and shared age range with my app. When I go to system settings > profile > personal information > Age Range for Apps , I see the app and it says "Shared", but I can't unshare anymore. I can unshare globally but now per app.

I know the AgeRangeAPI can be tested from the Developer > Account > Manage, but that kind of testing skips the native UI

I want to test again full scenario to see what real users will experience, I want to see the real UI of sharing again.

Apple's WWDC25 session on the Declared Age Range API explains this cache behavior. On the device, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Age Range for Apps, select your app, then tap Share Age Range again. Apple says this clears the cached response so the next request can show the sharing flow again.

For a child account, the parent or guardian can manage sharing from Family settings. The choices include Always Share, Ask First, and Never Share, so the prompt may not appear every time even when the integration is working. Apple's session is here: https://developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2025/299/

@Pokpong Whe I do "select your app, then tap Share Age Range again" I can do nothing there. tapping my app opens a screen with where I see the app and it says "Shared", but nothing is tappable there

You're right, I gave you the wrong impression that tapping the app row itself would trigger it. Apple's WWDC demo shows a separate “Share Age Range again” action in that app's settings, but the video doesn't explain why that control would be unavailable on your device.

If this is a child account, the sharing choice may be managed by the parent or guardian in Family settings. For repeatable development tests, Apple's Age Assurance sandbox supports scenarios including consent revocation on iOS 26.2 and later: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/testing-age-assurance-in-sandbox

What iOS version are you testing, and is this a child account or an adult account?

I checked Apple's current support instructions, and the button is conditional. “Share Age Range Again” may appear only if the account has moved into a new age range or previously denied sharing. If the app already shows Shared and neither condition applies, the app detail page may have nothing to tap; there isn't necessarily a per-app unshare control there.

For a child account, the family organizer or parent can manage the sharing preference from Family settings. If you're trying to repeat the consent prompt during development, Apple's WWDC demo describes Share Age Range Again as the way to clear the cached response, but the control may not be available for every existing Shared entry. What iOS version is this device on, and is it an adult or child Apple Account? Those details matter here.

Apple's support article says the button may be available after an age-range change or a prior denial; it doesn't say every Shared entry can be reset manually.
