I have requested two entitlements for my driver: "DriverKit USB Transport - VendorID" and "DriverKit UserClient Access"

I have submitted them in Sep 20, and got no response or ETA on it. It's the only thing blocking the release of my driver.

What do I have to do? I have not recieved any conformation email about this, and no follow up on the support ticket I opened (case number 102986776952).
