Hi, Any idea about the timeline for approval? It's been sitting at submit for 8+ weeks. Email support will not help. Claiming no ETA and it's a separate team that reviews that.

Hello Apple DTS,
I'm following up on our pending DriverKit USB Transport entitlement requests for an iPadOS photo booth application.
Our requests have remained in "Submitted" status since September 3, 2026.
I found the following discussion where Apple DTS engineer Kevin Elliott recommends submitting a Code-level Support request for this type of issue:

However, when I try to submit a Code-level Support request, the form asks whether an Apple employee directly requested it and whether I have a focused sample Xcode project.
Since we have not received a direct referral and our issue concerns entitlement approval rather than a reproducible code defect, I selected "No" to both questions.
The form then prevents me from proceeding and redirects me to the Developer Forums.
Could an Apple DTS engineer please advise whether we can be referred directly to Code-level Support for this entitlement issue, or whether there is another way to reach the DriverKit entitlement review team?
Our Team ID is H2SLQH5546, and the pending request IDs are R7P34F4338 and Z42KSXUP68.
We are happy to provide additional technical details or a focused Xcode project if needed.

...is "yes", since that's what I asked for in the post you referenced.
