Screen Time is incorrectly blocking a safe website as adult content

I’m the owner of actifinder mobile app. Apple’s Screen Time ‘Limit Adult Websites’ setting is incorrectly blocking our website, including the homepage. ActiFinder is an outdoor activities platform for hiking, cycling, kayaking, skiing, events and similar activities and does not contain adult content. I believe our domain has been incorrectly classified as adult content. I’d like to have actifinder.com reviewed and removed from the adult-content block/classification. Could you please escalate this to the team responsible for Screen Time web-content filtering/domain classification?

Our domain, actifinder.com, is an outdoor adventure, trail-tracking, and community recreation platform. It strictly serves family-safe content (hiking, cycling, tours) and contains zero adult content or mature advertising. Apple's Screen Time "Limit Adult Websites" filter is currently flagging our root domain as a false positive. We have verified our domain status across major global threat intelligence and web-filtering engines, all of which confirm our domain is clean and correctly categorized: • FortiGuard Labs: Mapped to "General Interest - Personal / Travel" with "Low Risk" (Verified October 16, 2026). • Cisco Talos Intelligence: Rated "Neutral" / Trusted. Because downstream enterprise security filters explicitly classify us as a low-risk travel/recreation resource, this block is an isolated error within Apple's Web Content parser. Please whitelist actifinder.com in the internal Screen Time filter database.

Hello @anthonyplews,

The relevant engineering team is aware of a similar report and I would like to share the details of this occurrence with that team directly to confirm if what we are seeing is a bug, expected, or if there are any known workarounds.

Please file a feedback report using Feedback Assistant. Provide as much details in that report as you can about the situation – including a sample project, steps to reproduce the issue, recordings or logs.

Once I confirm the details of your report I will share that with the relevant engineering. Reply with the FB number when completed.

Thank you.

Hi Travis,

I filed a report on Feedback Assistant on 1 October, here is the number: FB25019586. It should have a enough detail with screen shot, etc.

Thank you for your reply!

Same issue for bigandlittledogs.com, an Australian dog accessories store (dog harnesses, collars, leashes, treats, toys). Blocked by “Limit Adult Websites” for Australian users who haven’t completed age confirmation, since the September age assurance rollout. No adult content on the site. Feedback Assistant: FB25232888. Apple Support case: 22944262. Have reported on "Request Review of Deceptive Website Warning" as well but have heard nothing. Would love to know if you have been able to find a fix yet?

Our site is lovermine.com, an Australian women's clothing retailer (dresses, blouses, no adult content whatsoever). Screen Time's "Limit Adult Websites" has been blocking it for months and we are struggling to get assistance, and like megs087's experience with Big and Little Dogs, we've now also seen it trigger through the new age assurance rollout — a customer got blocked with no Screen Time settings enabled at all, simply after updating her iPhone and not yet completing age verification.
