Promotional offer is not showing in In-app subscription sheet.

Hello, I have 2 subscription group. Each group have different plans and promotional offer. I was set 1 month free promotional offer in all plans. While I subscribe any plan IAP sheet is not showing 1 month free promotional offer. I already used with new sandbox account. How can I get promotional offer in IAP sheet?

Promotional offers require your app to generate the offer signature. Possibly you intended to configure “introductory offers” for subscriber acquisition? These are automatically delivered by the App Store. https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/manage-subscriptions/set-up-introductory-offers-for-auto-renewable-subscriptions/

I already passed offer signature and other require parameters. Also I used "promotional offer" instead of "introductory offer". I uploaded images for your reference. Thanks for support.

@Dhyey Hi, I am facing the same problem, could you tell me something about the solution? Thanks.

Hi @EricPixel - sorry for the late reply.

What finally worked for me was going through Apple Support (App Store Connect → Contact Us → App Review / In-App Purchase). On the forums alone I never got a full step-by-step.

A few things that mattered in my case:

Confirm it’s a promotional offer, not an introductory offer. Intro offers show automatically; promo offers need your app to create a signed offer.

Make sure the server (or your signing code) generates a valid offer signature with the right fields: appBundleId, keyIdentifier, productIdentifier, offerIdentifier, applicationUsername (or appAccountToken), nonce, timestamp, then signs with your In-App Purchase private key.

Pass that signature into StoreKit when presenting the subscription (promotionalOffer / PaymentDiscount / StoreKit 2 equivalent).

Test with a fresh Sandbox Apple ID that hasn’t already used that offer, and double-check the offer is active for that product in App Store Connect.

If the signature or product/offer IDs are even slightly wrong, the sheet often just hides the discount with no clear error.

If you’re still stuck, contact Apple Support with your app ID, product IDs, and offer ID — they helped me unblock it faster than the forum thread did.

Happy to answer a specific question if you share whether you’re on StoreKit 1 or 2.
